What is Belean?

Belean is a cosmetic skin appearance tracking app. It helps you upload a face photo, run an AI-powered visual scan, view visible skin spots, and track your progress over time. Belean is designed for personal cosmetic tracking only.

Is Belean a medical app?

No. Belean is not a medical device, healthcare service, or diagnostic tool. The app does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure acne, skin diseases, or any medical condition. Scan results, skin scores, visual markers, and tips are only for general cosmetic tracking and informational purposes. If you have a medical concern, severe irritation, pain, infection, allergic reaction, or worsening symptoms, please contact a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional.

How does the AI scan work?

When you upload or capture a face photo, Belean uses AI to visually analyze the image and detect visible skin appearance areas such as spots or blemish-like marks. The app may show visual markers on the photo, cropped spot images, skin appearance scores, progress history, and general daily tips. AI results are estimates and may not always be accurate. Lighting, camera quality, face angle, image clarity, and skin tone may affect the result.

Why did the scan miss some spots or detect the wrong area?

AI results can vary depending on the photo. For better results:

Use good lighting
Keep your face clear and centered
Avoid heavy shadows
Avoid blurry photos
Take photos from a similar angle each time
Avoid filters or edited images

How many free scans do I get?

Belean may offer one free face scan per account. After the free scan is used, additional scans or premium features may require an active subscription.

How do I subscribe?

Subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing. You can subscribe inside the app when premium access is required. Pricing, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and available payment methods may depend on your country and Google Play account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You must cancel your subscription through Google Play. To cancel:

Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon.
Tap Payments & subscriptions.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select Belean.
Tap Cancel subscription.

Deleting the Belean app or deleting your Belean account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription.

I paid but premium features are not active. What should I do?

Please try the following:

Make sure you are signed in with the same Google account used for the purchase.
Restart the app.
Check your internet connection.
Wait a few minutes for Google Play to update the subscription status.
Contact us at beleansupport@gmail.com if the issue continues.

When contacting support, please include your Belean account email, your device model, a short description of the issue, and a screenshot if possible. Do not send payment card details or sensitive financial information.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your Belean account from the app, if the option is available. You can also request account deletion by contacting beleansupport@gmail.com. When your account is deleted, Belean will delete or permanently de-identify personal data associated with your account, subject to limited retention where required for security, fraud prevention, subscription management, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Can I delete one scan only?

Currently, Belean may not support deleting a single scan separately. If you want your data removed, you can delete your account or contact support.

Are my photos used for face recognition?

No. Belean does not use your photos for face recognition, identity verification, biometric identification, or identifying who you are. Photos are used only to provide cosmetic skin appearance tracking features.

Are my photos used to train AI models?

No. Belean does not use your photos or personal scan data to train its own AI models.

How do I improve scan accuracy?

Use natural or soft lighting
Keep the camera steady
Avoid makeup if you want a clearer skin appearance scan
Take photos from a similar distance each time
Keep your face fully visible
Avoid filters, beauty mode, or heavy editing
Try to scan at similar times of day

Why does my score change?

Your score may change because of differences in lighting, image quality, camera angle, visible skin appearance, or AI estimation. Scores are cosmetic tracking indicators only and should not be treated as medical measurements.

Notifications

Belean may send reminders or app-related notifications if you allow notifications. You can turn off notifications from your device settings at any time.
